Using Faction Song/Spell for Good/Evil Camp in Lavastorm

If you try to use a faction song/spell on people in the camps, it says it won't take hold. However, if you use your song/spell on the corresponding camp's guard(s), then it will take hold and will take effect for the entire camp. It's been like this since day one of release.

This also works on Alkron Wyrmsong in Noble's Causeway for OOW tier 1 quests.

Problem is...if your KOS, you had better get just close enough for the song to work. LOL, but I will be using this for sure.

How would one do this if you're not a bard/enchanter with these spells natively?

Also works for other situations where you need a boost. 10th skullcap quest for non-iksar necros, velious quest armors, etc.
